I was suggested to unsub tot he specific mods, then resub to them (as stated above, done that didn't work) Made a brand new driver, AFTER first job tried 1 of the missing mods (same problem) Subbed to random mods to see whether these would have the problem as well (No problem found) Unsubbed on some of these missing mods, then resubbed. Checked if the mods were actually downloaded (no issue found) I checked out if the mods were actually on the steam workshop (no issue found) 
Steam Workshop mods however seem to fail in many cases, but not all. Non-Steam Workshop mods) seem to work just fine.
